Easy Lamb head recipe

#no onion #no tomato #no chilli powder

Ingredients :

Lamb head -1

Grind the following ingredients and add to lamb head (you can use powders instead)

Coriander seeds – 2 Tablespoon

Black Pepper -1 Tablespoon

Fennel seeds – 1 Tablespoon

Cumin seeds – 1 Tablespoon

Fenugreek seeds-1 teaspoon

Mustard seeds-1 teaspoon

Garlic -7-10 cloves

Ginger- a small piece

Green chilli-1

Add one teaspoon turmeric powder and salt to taste.

Add one glass of water and mix well

Cook on medium flame for 3 whistles (If cooking in a pot, cook until tender)

When the pressure is goes off, open the lid and cook till the gravy is thick

To garnish :

Shallots -10 no:s (finely chopped)

Curry leaves – 2 sprigs

Coriander leaves – 4 Tablespoon

Oil-2 Tablespoon (preferably coconut oil)

Heat a pan and add coconut oil

Add shallots and curry leaves to the oil

Roast till shallots turn golden brown color and add to the cooked mutton

Garnish with coriander leaves

Mix well.

Your Lamb head is ready to serve.
