Beef Steak

Ingredients:

Beef -1 Kg

Ginger -1 inch size

Garlic -1

Green chilli -2

Pepper powder-1 tablespoon

Smoky sauce – 3 tablespoon

Soy sauce -1 tablespoon

Honey – 2 tablespoon

Salt to taste

Method :

Make a fine paste of ginger, garlic and green chilli. Add pepper powder, smoky-soy sauces ,honey and salt to this paste.

Marinate Beef with this mix and keep refrigerated for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

Transfer into oven.

* Added tomatoes and garlic to make the steak more juicy and flavored .

Cook for 20 minutes.

Steak is ready to serve….Enjoy👍
