Black Pomfret -Grilled in Soy Sauce

Grilled fish :

Marinate fish with ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, olive oil ,soy sauce and salt to taste.

Keep refrigerated for at least one hour .

Transfer the fish to oven.

Meanwhile, prepare a sauce with the following ingredients

Olive oil -2 table spoon .

Chopped garlic – 1 table spoon.

Chopped ginger -1 table spoon.

Green chilli-1/2 table spoon .

Tamarind-one lemon size (soak in 3 table spoon water and extract the juice ).

Soy sauce – 2 tablespoon.

Coriander leaves and Mint leaves – 1 table spoon each

Method :

Heat olive oil in a pan.

Add chopped chilli, garlic and ginger. Sauté well .

Add tamarind water and soy sauce.

Let it boil for one minute.

Add coriander leaves and mint leaves.

Salt to taste.

Serve with the grilled fish.
