Salmon – 500 g
Cooked crab meat – 5 Tablespoons(make into a paste)
Butter/Olive oil – 2 Tablespoons
Finely chopped white onion – 1 cup
Crushed garlic – 3 Tablespoons
Cooking cream – 2 cups
Finely chopped parsley leaves – 1 cup
Finely chopped mint leaves – 2 Tablespoons
Salad leaves – 1 or 2 cups (as per your taste)
Pepper powder – 2 teaspoons
How to prepare:
Marinate salmon with one teaspoon pepper powder and salt and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Either grill the salmon or fry both sides in butter or olive oil for 2 minutes.
Use the same butter or oil to prepare the crab sauce.
Saute onion and garlic.
Once it is cooked, add cooking cream.
Let it boil for 3 minutes ( low flame)
Add one teaspoon pepper powder , 2 tablespoons parsley leaves, paste of cooked crab meat and mint leaves.
Cook it for two minutes.
Off the flame.
Add salad leaves and remaining parsley leaves .
Mix it well.
Add grilled/fried salmon.
